and for the icing: 2oz v.soft cream cheese, 2Tbsp v.soft butter, 3/4c icing sugar, 1Tbsp milk, a splash of vanilla.

Hello! Haven't posted in a loong time. Today I was fortunate enough to pick a quart of raspberries from our bushes. We had a wonderful dinner and couldn't help but to top it off with fresh raspberry cake and a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream 😊 Link in comments to the original creator's website.

Managed to bake a loaf of sourdough tonight after 36hrs cold proofing as I didn't feel like baking yesterday. The scoring is a bit broken (like myself)...looking forward to making a long-overdue grilled cheese. Thank you all for the follows, likes, and encouraging messages!
