Gen X is not immune from criticism but I think it's worth noting that the "45-64" bracket includes a few years of boomers, and even within "45-60," someone who was 18 in time to vote for Reagan is a VERY different person from someone who lived through Reagan/Bush and whose first vote was for Clinton
