A cosplay of the character Katsuki Yuuri from the anime Yuri!!! On Ice, in his Eros program costume. The cosplayer is a man of average build, wearing a black, short haired wig in a slicked back style, and a form-fitting black costume that covers everything up to the neck. The costume has a flared portion on the right hip (left in the photo due to mirroring) and the main torso area has some mesh areas, and ice-like shards from the right shoulder, coming down and across.
