🇬🇧 Marathon week. Let’s go!

A rare visit to Meadow Lane today and hopefully a win.

Not massively confident of promotion in the playoffs (if we make it!) but you never know.

Well that’s the big training run done - 20miles/33km. 🥵

Mentally and physically exhausted.

Now I can taper until London in three weeks.

Well, that’s 29km (18miles) ticked off and I think it went okay! Slow, steady and long!

Deload next week (huzzah!), then the big one… the 33km training run… then taper time…
