The intense & realistic nightmares/dreams have come back these last couple weeks. They bleed so heavily into my waking life that I can’t tell what really happened & what didn’t. I have to consciously sort through each part to make sure. The absolute worst of my C-PTSD symptoms that I experience.

Bed-rotting this fine New Year’s Day sick with a stomach bug. But I’m reading a book & my husband just made cookies (that I can finally eat!). Life could be worse. 🍾

The man who has been like a grandpa to me has been in the hospital for the past two weeks after suffering a stroke. It’s been so hard, and I’m so thankful for the support system he/we have. He’s doing better every day overall, and it could’ve been much worse. We just have to keep remembering that.

Season 5 has been so surprisingly solid so far. I’m having so much fun following these time travel skips. AND JIN WAS ALWAYS STILL ALIVE IN MY HEART BABY LET’S GOOOO

I’m using vacation days the entire week of Thanksgiving to focus on getting my editing work done instead, which means I’ll be getting paid on top of getting paid. It’s sucked the last 5 years and I grinded and I cried a lot but oh my god, it worked. I’m so proud of where I am right now in life.
