I started a little bit of a journal, where I listed all the good things, since the 21st. Acknowledging in the days the nice little pleasant things to remind me of things to appreciate.

Looking at them now, I felt like the week was awful, but the simple reminder, showed me that i had so much fun.

I decided to open up into Chapter 8, in the brainwashing book.

And while reading it, A thought popped into my mind.

We condition ourselves all the time:
- When we do well, when we don't.
- When good things happen, and when they don't.

The things we say to ourselves over and over are about that.

Learning how to use Obsidian, has been kind of a joy. And being able to practice my writing a lot more in the last few days has made me realise, that I could've done so much better with my presentation. I wonder what'll look like next time I manage it?

Yes, you can be hypnotised if you have ADHD, in fact you can be hypnotised even if you still think, feel distracted. This is useful for anyone really.

The thing we love, isn't always as clear as we know. It's right there in front of us. It can shine, and glimmer. The why is the beautiful answer to me. It is the thing that makes me ponder. We can always list things on to why, but sometimes it doesn't even matter. Just because there is a love.
