If figure skating and cheerleading are sports, so is professional wrestling.

The only thing that disappoints me is that they are not covering great wrestling like AEW, but they didn’t cover PFL, Bellator, or Strikeforce. UFC & WWE are not the only majors in the sports.

Ok, so if you’re saying they figure skating or cheerleading is not a sport, then you’re saying we shouldn’t be turning to you, bc you don’t know what athletics are. Bc, nobody has ever said cheerleading is a sport but also, nobody stupidly claims they’re not athletic. It’s also a competition. 🤫

I didn’t say they were not sports. I said they’re as much a sport as professional wrestling. People watch figure skating and dance for the spectacle. Wrestling, dance, figure skating are based on subjective review, not scores. Wrestlers bust their asses for the same praise skaters and dancers do.

Wrestling isn’t competitive but the ppl do perform athletic feats, for the entertainment of millions. Not the same thing.

As a pro wrestler and athlete, I can tell you for a fact that wrestling is competitive. Our judges are promoters instead of crooked Olympic officials. So we’re even working for crooks.

Judges and promoters give the wins to whoever serves their narrative. They let fans argue who the best are.

Figure skating and cheerleading don’t have preselected winners and losers, so wrestling isn’t a sport but a soap opera.

Wrestlers do not get medals.

It’s got the same kind of crooked judges in figure skating and cheerleading. You and your opponent can have a great match, but the promoter says determines whether or not you get the big payday. The fans’ opinion doesn’t matter.

Wrestlers are competing for the payday.
