After some though, I decided to update Wren-Ara! The character I’ve been developing these past months is so distinct from her origin, they’ve become different people. I’ve updated her design & name to Wistaria for story. I’m nervous about this, but I hope you will still like her. Thank you so much.

As I said, I can't speak to your experience and this is based only on my own, but the best thing I can suggest is to observe and stay aware of yourself, and letting yourself rest when you need to 😌 Remember to feel the happiness when it comes around, and allow yourself patience in your life 💜💜💜🫂🫂🫂

especially during those episodes, helps to distract from feeling them when they are happening. For me as well, what makes episodes both more frequent and intense/lasting is having the opportunity to do nothing, so keeping myself busy or having a physical activity to focus on helps as well.

I can't speak to your unique life experience of course, but what helps me (even if only a little bit) is knowing that any depressive episodes will always come to pass, no matter how long they last, or how gruelingly numbing they feel in the moment. Maintaining that connection to positive thinking,

I very rarely talk about it, but this is something I'm unfortunately very personally familiar with. I'm sorry you have to go through this, but I hope having a name for your experience is as alleviating and clarifying as it was for me to learn I have bipolar 2 as well.

And I think there's nothing wrong with that! 🙃 We all are meant to grow, and it's fun and provides perspective to look back and see where we've come from to where we are now as people 😌😊

Indeed!! 😌 I want to keep the absurdity and whimsy of a magical world, while still being able to touch on more serious topics, I think 🙃 I'm not certain exactly how I'll make more for this world (writing, comic, both or neither, there are so many fun options! :D 💜), but I'm excited to explore it 😊

I like your thinking!! 🤭 The forests and the creatures within them know not nor care not of the borders we as humans make out of nothing to confine one another, and I think there's a lot of solace to find in that (at least for me, and others who'd rather not associate with their country at-large 🙃😌)
