Playing in my casual D&D game tonight and the DM introduced an new NPC known to the locals as "narc in the park" and it was such a hard right turn after the past 10 minutes of intro that it pretty much shut us all down for a few minutes as we tried to recover.

I was making a post on Bluesky a little while ago, and I have concerns about my phone's word suggestions in this context after pressing the letter D.
