After the jukebox yesterday I was minded to go on a nostalgia trip and one programme buzzed around my head. White Horses. Found episodes online and halfway through them. Was really upset to find that Helga Anders, who played Julia, died very young.

He was a client that I became friends with. I increased my fee immediately and we have drifted apart. I expect he watches reality TV and eats nuggets now.

Art. It is art. And culture. I worked on being cultured a lot in my early years. Still remember the first time I saw Jane Fonda's opening and that memory still lives with me with a lot of fondness.

I recommended the film to a friend in their twenties. He was underwhelmed. I was close to grabbing him by the throat and beating appreciation into him.

Token 2 is another cinematic classic and for me was somewhat significant in my adolescent development. I didn't notice the song at first but today token 2 celebrates Mike Gayle of The Glitterhouse Band who sang the opening to Barbarella.

They were very much treated as children at the time. Can only imagine what it was like to be 14 back then and having half your life doing cool stuff and the other half being told you had to wear school uniform for public appearances. Lots of pent up frustration!
