jetbrains is far from the first company to make this particular pair of claims but it is simply, on the most fundamental level, impossible to mass-collect people’s terminal and editor contents and also not collect sensitive or personal data.

Great lesson someone shared with me, that I now pass along. When you are elbows deep in the middle of an incident or outage, remember to eat and drink plenty of water. Your tired brain needs fuel, and you need to look after yourself so you can look after everyone else.
