My youngest has a long term boyfriend now. They grow up so fast (and I know I sound ancient when I say that LOL)

I am mostly pretty good. Four years of therapy has made a big difference 😅 My 'kids' are now 24 and 22 which is RIDICULOUS. Even my dog is 5 now. Kids are okay, but not very good at adulting yet. But hey, it only took me about 52 years. They've got time.

This evening's viewing will be a palate cleanser of Mad Men and Frasier

So I spent the day bingewatching Adolescence (it took me way too long to spell that) because everyone says how good it is. And damn, that was some good TV - although maybe not exactly what my nervous system needed on a self-care day
