Advantages of introducing Open Fisca
We believe that it is necessary to introduce OpenFisca and other Rule as Code systems in Japan from the following
perspectives
4.2.1 Improved accessibility to the system for citizens
Currently, i is difficult for the general public to understand complex systems, and there are many cases in which people are not able to use systems even though they are available. For this, a system of institutional search is effective, but this requires structured institutional data
By encouraging valuable software built on OpenFisca to be widely released without being monopolised, the licence is designed to give back to the ecosystem surrounding Openisca while maintaining a high degree of fairness and
