The “we fucked up” email also came from a different hospital

I love paying $4000+ for travel arrangements after being assured I’m “all set” by the hospital

only to get an email the next day saying “oops we fucked up and there’s a duplicate(?) authorization request - you need to call… someone!… and have it voided so we can submit a new one”
