Uh, My arms and chest/neck area. I do lots for legs anyways with work and that but I suck at arms and chest.

I gotta get to the gym today. I hate it...only because of, people. But I need my socialization one way or another and I do actually find a lot of fun at the gym.

Needa get that affirming gym hype! ((I really do love lifting weights. If anyone has tips for building the upper body...im all ears lol)

Lifting weights has made me feel more confident.

Unfortunately I cannonly go 3 times a week for my schedule and pattern of how I do things. I mean I can change it, but like...Patterns humans. I need THEM. I NEED PATTERNS.
