you could look it up on Does The Dog Die. they don't just cover dogs, they cover all animals, many different layers and types of abuse, and have pretty much everything in their database. sometimes it really helps to enjoy the movie, already knowing some things that make you feel safe.

If it feels like no one's doing anything, or that we're not enough, or are alone, get out there. get offline, where folks HAVE to be quiet about what they're doing, and find people in your community. people literally CANNOT TALK ABOUT IT on here. quit your bellyachin' and pshawing, don't need that.

Great article here about how it's actually working (it's not), and what the point is of all they're doing (it's like buttonmashing, but, oh no, the opponents have actual skill.)

good article, it helps to have it broken down like this so we don't expect a response from certain facets which is outside their realm of responsibility.

plus, for me, i whittled down sharing on FB as the first stwp to trying to use it less, because i didn't want to BE there. i used to share a Lot about my life, my day, my food, my dog. but the more i wanted to leave, the less i gave of myself to it.

the effort that FB took to doomscroll, that's now 'i bet my friends would like to know what i'm up to' energy. it's less, then.

it's kinda nice though too, being able to share again, more closely. don't think about it as 'content', we're not insta famous or anything, it's just sharing bits of our lives. just human connection. just, being ourselves online.
