I knew this would be a slow crawl, but man my body is being stubborn about losing weight. But it's going down. Hopefully, it will keep going down the next several days. 100 pounds is in sight.

Been biking for 90 minutes nearly everyday since May. I know I can push further and do 2 hours but I feel like that is a huge chunk of time I'd be losing to biking.

But I do feel like I need to add more shit after I hit 100 pounds. I might start finally putting in muscle as I look/feel deflated.
