A little late showing this, but we had a lovely visit from Keven Roy at Moody's last week, when he delivered our weekly seminar in @oxfordphysics.bsky.social
He is leading catastrophe modeling to show the impact that unmitigated climate change is having on our economies

What a wild event!
🥇for Canada🇨🇦, Mikhail Kingsbury wins the first ever Olympic dual moguls, giving him 2 Olympic golds and 3 silver medals!
This is one of my favourite skiers, Ikuma Horishima, getting a little wild and still making it to the final!

Loving the drone shots! Feels like they are getting the hang of it in the moguls, but they were flying them in the speed skating and down the luge course as well!
Not using them in the curling was a mistake. Can't wait for them to zip around the hockey ice!!
