when mine gets reaaalllyy bad I use a form of kinesiology tape! 9/10 i'll do it like the image attached, but sometimes i'll add a strip that has a hole for the thumb that goes down and connects to the wrist
I use a little compression sleeve day to day, but this is my "oh my wrist hurts owowow"
