The allegations involve hiding, in some instances, data re: harm. In the 1970s, Ralph Nader sued Ford b/c they allegedly hid the fact that their fuel tanks had a design defect that made them likely to explode on impact. Wonder what he thinks of this. @nader.org www.msn.com/en-ie/cars/n...

Good for the plaintiffs' attorneys and the state AG's. Maybe, just maybe, corporate accountability and corporate ethics are not just "woke values," but good for business b/c then you don't end up getting sued (hopefully where it hurts) for (allegedly) doing some of the most vile things imaginable.

I am concerned that AI disconnects people from the reality checks they would otherwise get from interacting with actual humans. Also, much like Facebook, etc., AI bots are incentivized to keep people engaged and online. How they keep people online (what the actual programming is) deserves inquiry.

I still remember the crazy claim that McGahn had saved T from legal liability by not acting on his orders. It was malpractice. Josh Gerstein at Politico was the only one who accurately reported re: attempted obstruction of justice also being a crime, which was set out in the relevant statute

I'm sorry you went through something so traumatizing while trying to help others. It's okay if you can't or don't want to, but consider talking to lawyers. There are issues involving federal immunity, but this appears to be is so over the line you might be able to hold them accountable.

If, after all the meticulous redactions, they're still not releasing it, that is potentially informative. Raises the possibility that there's too much contextual evidence to successfully redact or that there are so many mentions that if they released it, the cover-up would be obvious.

It's not legal. Not by a country mile; a single justice can't overrule case law and even Kav specifically declined to comment re: excessive force. The problem is that there's a lot of immunity for federal officers, but people should still be trying to hold them accountable.
