Yeah exactly like I feel like it especially helps some of the details blend that would otherwise stick out which can be a benefit but then sometimes ya got something like PN03 or something where clarity absolutely helps everything that game is going for art wise

I'm mainly currently using the HD Retrovision component cables for both PS2 and Wii which provides a much cleaner image but I love the softness of a composite image so I wanna experiment with it and just see if it nails the vibe I'm going for tbh.

I've been tempted to switch back to composite cables for PS2 recording tbh (this is from a comparison video I was watching) I know some hate the fuzz of composite but I always really liked it over the extreme focus on sharpness tbh.
