I might go back and rework some story beats later. Condensing things and lengthening other scenes in more detail but I am eager to keep writing. Been working on chapter 11 and I'm probably 15-20% through it already. Don't feel like stopping my momentum just yet. As always any feedback is invaluable

Question for those who've been following the project. Chapter 10 is done but I haven't had the time to do my usual third and fourth pass for editing before posting. My posts on here were meant to be WIP anyway so would anyone hold it against me if I dropped it as is? Quality should be okay.

But I can't second guess myself and look back until the project is finished. Hence why these posts are all WIP copies. But I'm currently on 11 / 12 chapters, over 160k+ words deep and nearing the finish line. I can revisit these later when it's done and trim the fat. Thank you all for reading ❤️

It's been interesting to re-read my first chapter of the book given that it's been a few years. Funny enough I can see many things that I want to change but I'm still proud of it. This makes me happy though because it just shows how much I've improved as a writer with the later chapters.
