Returning back to some games from the early 2000's, and I'm struck by how often stray ideas end up in the final game.

Ideas that start from "Wouldn't it be cool if ___," could just be implemented into games back then. Reminds me just how much of game design was found through experimentation.

Kakeru and Blaz are 2 sides of the same SF6 coin.

Kakeru found consistency through using the character who can remove the most options from their opponent, and being ready for everything.

Blaz found consistency through being right every time.

This match is Street Fighter 6.

Out at 3rd. All my losses went to final game, so I'm happy with the run.

Gotta clean up some things tho. Making too many small mistakes.

I'm honestly not sure about how lower level play will go. I think I agree with you about mid level play tho.

I think air JD's are fine, but some players are NOT going to like having their anti-air DP get punished by it.

I can already see a few pain points people are gonna have with the game at launch:
-Some Rev Blows are gonna be stupid
-Air JD's
-Getting guard canceled

But none of these are going to be annoying enough for me to stop having fun I think.

I think I REALLY love City of the Wolves.
