𝗜’𝗺 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲!
I’ve seen it play out in several projects myself—AI projects are unlike any typical IT project.
AI projects are:
- Iterative, not linear
- Continuous, not discrete
- Experimental, not pre-defined
- High-stakes, not a proven path
What risks are top of mind for your?
But it’s messy, incomplete, … and, for good reasons, not publicly accessible. But it can give *your* company an advantage.
The problem is that getting that data ready is highly unpopular at a time when business leaders want to see results from AI, GenAI, and (soon) Agentic AI.

Is a piece of news:
1. Relevant to your current projects?
2. Relevant to a future project?
3. Relevant to your industry?
From the AI Leadership Handbook:
Like FOMO from trying to catch up with AI initiatives as a whole, FOMO on a personal level creeps up when trying to follow AI in the industry news.
The simple recommendation is: Don’t.
Instead, apply several filters.
Yet, the biggest challenge is putting all of these announcement into the context of your business. And that can quickly get overwhelming.

Organizations must understand that autonomous AI agents require strict boundaries such as:
- rules and limitations on what these agents can do,
- carefully selecting their responsibilities, and
- continuously monitoring their actions.
Allowing AI systems more autonomy means they can make decisions or execute actions without human oversight, leading to dangerous outcomes if not properly controlled.
01.12.2024 15:00 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Another emerging challenge is managing the autonomy granted to AI agents. As companies move from simple AI applications, like chatbots, to more complex ones, such as AI-powered medical and financial systems, the security risks grow exponentially.

This reliance introduces potential risks as malicious actors can tamper with these models or datasets.
This concern is now becoming a reality as poisoned AI models are showing up on these platforms, making it vital for organizations to scrutinize their AI supply chain.
