Just did 2 miles pain free!

An unexpected souvenir from Japan was patellar tendonitis which has made running more than 1.5 miles difficult for rhe last year and a half. I've tried rest, physical therapy, and oral nsaids. Today I'm trying diclofenac gel applied before my run and I really hope it works

February was my slowest month in awhile. I missed a game day due to vacation and another was canceled due to illness.

We're too early for the bat migration, but Carlsbad Caverns National Park was fantastic.
