I haven't finished any more since this (I'm in the midst of Jikook's two-hour live) so Tae pulled ahead today with an assist from Namjoon.

Yes some are quite expensive! And I assume they do lots of fancy things, different settings or more customizable/programmable. Or, perhaps they just make really superior rice! But I only needed something simple and this has worked well for that.

It is small, though - you could maybe squeeze two portions out of it but probably works best for one. (I never have people over and space is at a premium in my tiny studio, so it's perfect for me.)

I'm not sure how extensive/sophisticated your rice cooker needs are, but if you just need something simple and inexpensive, I got this one when I moved a year ago and no complaints so far. It works perfectly for rice, pasta, heating up leftovers.

Tae and I are in a competition to see if he can add to the number of lives I've missed and need to watch faster than I can watch them.

Like yesterday there were 18 on my list but today he added two and I watched four so I'm gaining.
