Still dark maybe, but not night. That’s a state of mind. Shops are open, people are out, and now we get to actually see more sunrises, plus have a little bit of hope after work.

I’ll gladly and gratefully accept that for more light in the evening in that same time.

I wish a very "spend one single winter north of the 49th" to all these folks posting studies from universities in the Southern US that say keeping DST will have negative health implications. I think we will be ok.

👏 hi I work for a crew that does salting and if it’s forecast to hit zero anywhere in the lower mainland (which last night it was) the call goes out and we have to salt. It does seem silly but so are the liabilities.
