VOID towers over CRESCENT’S collapsed form on the floor, sitting crouched on the desk in front of the windowsill. His shadow looms over her. With wide eyes, CRESCENT jumps to her feet. Ready to fight. Yet VOID is gone. No longer in the spot he was before. CRESCENT looks towards the noise. VOID’S gloved fist hits her right in the jaw, sending her stumbling. SCENE — Glassare Woods (night) CRESCENT catches herself against a pine tree. She nurses her face, visibly pained and confused. A bruise starts to form where she was struck.

SILAN: (off-screen) You’re not at all what I need CRESCENT: (brows furrowed) And if I don’t care to be what you need? CRESCENT grunts in sudden pain, glancing down at a now bloodied palm. She’s dressed in her Glassaran outfit, which is stained from wounds not previously there. CRESCENT stands in the middle of a forest filled with Siberian Pines, the moon shining down on her. The snow underfoot crunches as she takes a step, blood dripping to the snow. MORANA walks towards her, arms open, ready to receive her lost, snowy owl. Her manner is motherly yet looming. MORANA: (pleading) There you are, my little owlet.
