Is it possible to get into FAANG without grinding Leetcode?
I was able to get to the initial tech interview without any referrals, but always fail them because of nonsense algorithm coding challenges.

December is a great time to hack something or tackle that old tech-debt, because almost everyone is on holiday and there is a deployment freeze. Any new initiative gets pushed to next year, and you have a lot of time on your hand to do what you wanted to do.

Haven't had technical interviews for a while, things have changed. The interviewer asked to share a screen to make sure I was not cheating and using any AI tools.
