Having criticisms of specific things they've done or elements of their stories is fine. I mostly just mean they way people beef with Hoyoverse as an entity just because they're seen as "competition"

I think honestly its hard for me to beef with the idea of hoyoverse anymore cause at the end of the day they clearly are taking inspiration from Type Moon while doing their own thing, which I do respect.
