Two CDs, both eco cardboard sleeves. ADULT. Detroit House Guests depicts a figure under a blue and white quilt sitting atop a vaguely MCM bed. There is a waft of smoke across the picture plane from right to left. Forest Swords: Bolted depicts a rough hewn figural sculpture, bald headed but of indeterminate gender. The figure is sculpted from the stomach up, with arms resting on the plinth below. The sculpture is enclosed in a similarly rough hewn rectangular cage.

I’m feeling like Enya season should start early this year.

I'm happy to be getting back to making art and music these past two months. Here we have some proper glitch, with more work to come.

After a number of months largely in the house, the amount of muttering I do to myself in public is worrisome.

My Dad worked for a radio station when this passed which subsequently changed ownership three times in two years.

A big part of this current censorship situation is the long shadow of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. This massive industry-led deregulation made Nexstar (197 TV stations) and Sinclair (193 TV stations) possible. People go on about the Fairness Doctrine but don’t discuss this at all.

CDs as listed in post. The Rams soundtrack is a close up straight ahead portrait of Dieter Rams. The Broadcast CD features a heavily distressed monochrome image of singer Trish Keenan in profile. The Porter Ricks CD has uneven vertical strips of fuzzy edged colors, left to right in blue and green, with yellow, rose, and a tiny bit of orange on the far right side.

Reasonable conclusion, I agree. I also think it is hard to determine clear cut politics w/r/t an extremely online 22 y.o. The right is of course ignoring this, much of the mainstream media playing along.
