What the...? From Late Cretaceous to Early Eocene (yup, freak survived the K-Pg) "stratosphere tooth" is a 5 meter aulopiform fish with an eel-like body covered in scutes and over 6000 conical teeth, 1000 of which grew outside its jaws!

Tyranids are a great army, fairly balanced, with a varied range of bioforms specialized for different roles; from swarms of little bugs, to elite broods, to towering monsters, with a mix of melee and ranged weaponry.
The fact they are so alien also means any colour scheme works on them!
