The original paper points out that those graphs indicate AN AWARENESS by the US public of discimination. Also, the later graph shows that RIGHTWING outlets push many of those terms the hardest-I guess they're the most woke, right?

It has exhalation vents. You can try it with the machine off to see that the exhale goes out pretty quickly. If you have the amara, the vents are right above the nose...little holes.
If you're new to cpap, it does take some getting used to, but it is SO worth the effort to get normal sleep.
Full face mask. Worth its weight in gold. This one has not forehead brace:
