People hate their own art because it looks like they made it. They think if they get better, it will stop looking like they made it. A better person made it. But there’s no level of skill where you stop being you. You hate the most valuable part of your art

I just switched to Scrivener. I refuse to work with word anymore since word has corrupted two separate books that I barely managed to recover (my latest book I lost approximately 100 pages and had to rewrite them)

As an indie author, it's hard not to focus on sales, but I try my best. Sales are never my #1 goal as an author. My goal is to create the best book possible. But today I sold my first copy in 2025. So to the person in the UK who bought the eBook of Season of Kings, thank you so much! 😊
