Bitcoin has helped me be open to seeing all sorts of corruption and lies in society. Some people don't want to be unplugged. It would mean that everything they've ever believed and stood by is a lie. I'm a lot happier not being in a constant state of outrage and fear about the wrong things.

I still would stick to my word apolitical because it's neutral - it simply exists, like a flowing stream of water. It belongs to everyone - ready for the taking, and it benefits all of humanity. To be apolitical I think would be the definition of freedom.

Bitcoin is apolitical money.

Fiat is intertwined with politics because the government controls it, and we vote on what to do with it (we think, anyways).

Bitcoin would solve so many of the arguments between the left and right. We could focus our energy on what truly matters.

You might be hearing a bit in the news about crypto lately. It's really important to differentiate between the two. Crypto is a part of our fiat system. Bitcoin is something else entirely.
