1 cebolla tierna
Jenjibre fresco
2 dientes de ajo
250gr de setas aprox (yo uso shiitake, cardo, portobello y champiñón).
1 litro y medio de caldo de pollo o verduras (si la quieres veggy)
6 puñados de fideos cabello de ángel (manos pequeñas)
Cebollino (opcional)

Os doy mi receta maestra para días que estás muy jodido y quieres comer bonito.

Esta sopa se puede hacer con "sobras" o puedes comprar los ingredientes a cosa hecha.
