I'm an adult but this conversation makes me feel a little bit like I'm seventeen years old desperately hoping that an adult I trust will listen to me. This all happened to me many years ago and is somehow still happening to me. And there's no way to express it in the way I want it to be seen!!

They had to recruit way more new people than planned because AI didn't give them the productivity increase they promised (sales sold stuff that needed either more staff or more productivity). Too many new staff members -> too much time training them -> not enough time to train me. Lol
