Agree on the comms.The NDP has so many low hanging fruit to choose from, but the comms team is way too slow and not agile enough to take advantage of almost daily snafus/outrageous policies from the UCP.

It's not Nenshi, it's the NDP They're no longer the little party that could, they're the party that did; and they need to fight or fade away.

Is it both? As Deirdre mentions 2019, NDP not running on their record. I was yelling at the TV as I watched the debate. UCP set the agenda and Rachel fell for it. Got blocked for saying their comms has a problem back then, some unelected snowflake officials.
