I mean, the ridiculous bit is how often Stephen Miller and MAGA folks focused on getting universal injunctions against Biden. So I'm assuming this is going to be another one of these "well it only applies during GOP presidency" type SCOTUS rulings.
Again, I’d like to encourage the people who think it’s a good idea to embrace a cruel and capricious dictatorship, while making it clear no legal or legislative authority can stop them from ruining ordinary people’s lives, to keep on reading to see what usually happens next.
So am I reading this court decision correctly? We now have 50 micronations with their own laws interpreting the U.S. Constitution wholly separate from one another? But there's one guy with private law enforcement who is immune from all punishment who can do whatever he wants in those 50 states?

I voted for Trump. When he said he was going to let Elon do DOGE, I didn't know that he meant he was going to let Elon destroy the FAA and make me die a fiery death in an unregulated self-flying plane.
This Cybertruck did not crash. It made a heartfelt and perhaps ill-advised gesture that, in the moment, might have been misinterpreted as a crash, but we should not rush to judgement.
