Absolutely. When public humiliation and physical intimidation from a president draw no consequences, it says a lot about how far backward our political culture has slid. Leaders set the tone. What we’re seeing now reflects an era of lowered standards, not strength.

This isn’t how the law works. “Treason” has a specific constitutional definition, and refusing or questioning an unlawful order is required under U.S. military law. Claims like this rely on vague “legal scholars” and no actual statutes or facts. It’s political rhetoric, not a legal argument.

There is no California law that required leaving sex off birth certificates, nor was there ever a statewide policy “teaching” that gender shouldn’t be recorded. That claim just doesn’t match reality.
