i used to be so fucking miserable earlier this year and i wasn't even fully conscious of it. i wanna go back and tell that version of myself how much better life's gonna be. that i don't have to live the way i did.

it's only been a month and i've come so far. who knows how much i'll continue to change for the rest of the year? the rest of my life? i didnt know i could live life so happily and im excited to see how that goes in the future

i know when people, or my brain are just fucking with me and i don't have to be too invested in those things.

i'm getting better at recognizing my emotional needs. i am getting better at regulating my emotions by letting the feelings pass through me. i am getting much better at communicating with people, especially my mother.
