Point is for them to look real enough in close-up filming. The top one is the actual commission, which goes on set in some 15 hours, the mother of pearl one on the bottom is made from left over parts and goes into my own collection.

Just finished a commission piece, Colt Cobra style snub-nosed prop revolver. Both are props, not real weapons (I don't really even like guns except for learning engineering). Both are printed in ABS, grips are handpainted to resemble wood/mother of pearl. The ammo is also fake.
