We lost our brother in Feb. 2020. We think he died from covid. My hubs saw him right before he died in Texas, and then hubs flew home. Both he and I got sick for the next 3 weeks. We think it must have been covid.

The last few days I have seen more finches at our bird feeders. I think they may be passing through on their migrations. I was very happy to see the White-Crowned Sparrows who have returned to spend the winter in our yard. I got a close up look at one who was outside my window, and he was gorgeous!
