Question for mustache-havers: I’ve recently grown out my mustache after never having one and I’ve reached a dilemma; what do you do when you have to blow your nose? Don’t mean to be gross, but Is there a technique to prevent everything getting sprayed, stuck n sieved into your upper lip hair?

the idea that 'ones' is more feature animation and 'twos' is television is a very reductive way of explaining animation quality and leads people to thinking that fluidity exists in the amount of drawings something has instead of proper timing, spacing and body mechanics.

Zootopia 2 was a ton of fun! Great seeing the old characters again, love the new ones, and the tone, pace, humor, heart n stakes all worked really well.

*Update* - it sadly wasn't the 35mm print they advertised, just the blu-ray copy (😢) but it still was amazing to watch with an audience. Also James Baxter n John C. Reilly were there so that was cool!

Whoa CTN was this past weekend and I had absolutely no clue that it was going on. Not that I was planning on going, mind you, but I’m surprised how swiftly interest dimmed these last few years since Lightbox came on the scene in retaliation. The only folks who go to CTN are older vets it seems.

Another evolutionary detour: some animals could have developed extended stalk eyes in order to follow and spot prey easier in dense brush. But they say hindsight is 20/20; 20 degrees this way, and 20 degrees that way!

Early man could've developed a more pronounced brow to prevent the sun and sweat from obscuring their vision, but it would've also led them to boulder new directions.
