Yes, it's incredibly annoying. I've not seen an outlet yet that does it consistently. For the cases against the admin, I use the lists & links on Lawfare Litigation Tracker & Just Security Litigation Tracker. They link directly to CourtListener for federal cases. I've not found a state equivalent.

CourtListener is the best resource I've found for that for federal cases. The docket number + CourtListener in search usually returns the docket. It can be tricky figuring out the case name sometimes, but usually an article will give a few clues or a quote you can search for to obtain the docket #

Absolutely this! The apathy is too dangerous & not helpful when there are opportunities to learn & help others learn. The fact that midterms are already underway in early primary states & the various special elections have & are happening shows much of the fear isn't real. It just isn't.

There were several pieces of legislation passed after 2020 that apply nationwide but most of it comes at your state legislatures bc it's states that administer elections per the Constitution.

So uoh should definitely sign up for working elections & poll watching. If you're really concerned that hinky stuff is afoot, be there to set the record straight by learning about your state's process to know, "Here's an issue" as it's underway. Redundancy discrepancies are in the moment. No joke.
