The twitter habit is so hard to break, but LiveJournal Tumblr it’s days are past(except some companies still use twitter).

When my dad, talked about his reserve army service, he said it was close to “The Rat Patrol” which is a fictional show about the exploits of the SAS re-imagined as an American unit. Currently I am watching “rouge heroes” which is closer to the story, and probably more entertaining.

Kid and I hung out today again, watched season 2 of “kaiju number eight” honestly it’s just nice to get time with the kid, they are getting so old(14 now, 8th grade).

Yesterday the youngest and I hung out for 6ish hours, that’s the first time in over a year. Things feel much more balanced now, and maybe I realized that being present is more important that being around is. Only time will tell if I changed.

Facial hair grows too long; shaves and looks 16 again; just to refuse to shave for 3/4 weeks..

AuDHD: Any one else feel like the younger friend to higher functioning people, and the older friend to lower functioning friends, actual age not a factor? It’s probably just me..

I would warn people to be cautious on the roads but the 16 year old step-kid is not driving yet….

Now I have My Calico(“Ginger”bread), and my wife Siamese(Capt. Rex) that check on me in the morning while I am in the bathroom.. Why?

I wanted to watch the 1960’s area puppet shows(Thunderbirds, Stingray, Fireball XLR) however the racist stereotypes in the “Thunderbirds” 2nd show just ruined it for me.. #AuDHD

Someday we will rebuild the relationship, but right now I just want them happy as they can be in the current world.

My youngest stopped visiting me around a year ago, I love them, and it’s my fault because parents are responsible for the relationship they have with their kids. It hurts and I cry a lot, however they are more stable mentally and that’s more important to me in the long run.

Playing my “sailing” play list and the M.A.S.H. Theme song(from the show comes) on and I immediately think, ohh shit it’s bed time.. LOL I am fucking 51 now, that show ended in 1983..

Sometimes it’s harder than others to only use my powers for good.. Saw a guy doing a live. He had a marine flag in his background. He’s obviously been out for a while. I just wanted to ask if he’d had a 64 pack of crayons today; he might’ve thought that was funny, 1/2

I am working on getting things back on track, but it’s hard because I don’t want to do all the “work” involved in taking care of myself, while also dealing with all the external responsibilities that I have taken on in my current life.
