Opinion Pub

We just added a recent posts page to make it easier to see what is new on the site. It will include content from the forums and when we open up the site for new members, it will also show their posts as well.

Basically, we ban anyone under 18, and ban anyone in a state or country that requires us to verify someone's age.

We added some more forum areas and added some site navigation and made some other changes.

We just wrote up some new Community Rules for Opinion Pub.
