In short, they are war crimes. • If the U.S. military operation is not an armed conflict of any kind, these orders to kill helpless civilians clinging to the wreckage of a vessel our military destroyed would subject everyone from SECDEF down to the individual who pulled the trigger to prosecution under U.S. law for murder.

Highlighted sentence at the end of the document reads: Again, the bottom line is that, since orders to kill survivors of an attack at sea are “patently illegal,” anyone who issues or follows such orders can and should be prosecuted for war crimes, murder, or both.

WHOA. Trump says he will pardon Juan Orlando Hernandez, who once said that he wanted to “shove the drugs right up the noses of the gringos.” He had people killed as part of his narco-trafficking ring, which he at times operated directly out of his presidential office.

I think he's going for the pardons and will follow up with ordering prosecutions.

If a President didn't sign a law passed by Congress it became law after 10 days regardless.

If a completely boring person with no family we had ever heard of was doing what RFK was doing in his consequential position it would be the entirety of the scandal.

But somehow all of the personal drama and disordered pathology becomes 100x more covered than what he actually does in power.

The worst part of this is that the most important monster is RFK Jr and everyone who helped him get the position he has and who doesn't try to remove him contributes to that and is way more significant than either of these failed journalists.
