After struggling for MONTHS to try to update to Windows 11, my channel sponsor (who supplied this PC) gave me one program and a couple things to adjust.

I am now on Windows 11, for better or worse.

New video essay coming before the end of the year. Probably early next week. Been busy working on editing it while I've been off for medical reasons. This was recorded over a month ago and just didn't have time to work on it until now. :)

Sorry I'm not on here as much as I would like to be. The lack of new post notifications for the accounts I follow acts like an "out of sight, out of mind" for my ADHD memory.

There's some QoL updates this platform needs before I commit to fully switching over.

I love how OneDrive and Google Photos are like "Hey, remember that time your stepdad DIED around Thanksgiving like 8 years ago? Weren't those good times to remember?"

I have a confession.

I've never finished any Half-Life game. I played the first 15 minutes of the first one and that's it.

I should remedy this situation.

I rarely get to edit videos for my job, but when I do, I get to have fun with it.

My degree may be in CAD & Engineering, but I'm most in my element when I boot up DaVinci Resolve :)

Is there any good way to get new post notifications for accounts I follow here, similar to how other social platforms do?

I don't just sit on social media all day every day. I usually rely on new post notifications for accounts I care about to interact. Not having that here feels odd.

My ADHD is screaming for something like this. I haven't found one that my brain doesn't just push off as yet another task. I need something that's going to be in my face constantly to remind me to get my stuff done.

Not sure why I bother with some indie games.
This series started strong but has gone full stinker mode.
