Honestly, #NUFC have played an absolute blinder here. Goad #LFC into showing their hand and inflating the cost for them to buy their 2nd choice striker, Ekitike. Frankfurt & #NUFC 100% had a mutually beneficial strategy in place

Possibly, I still think even next summer Isak is north of 100m. Also no guarantees that he doesn't sign a new contract & also means you're left high n dry without a striker this season (should Nunez leave)

Drives up the price, if NUFC are seemingly 'willing' to pay X amount, Liverpool have to at least match it

The people who utilise the area and are in the city more often should have the say in how the area is used, yes. Rather obviously, I wouldn't have an opinion on a communal area in London 🤷‍♂️

It's similar to the argument for keeping that God awful, eye sore of a car park in Gateshead a few years ago, just because it had featured in a Michael Caine movie. Places become dated and need regeneration, people need to move on.
